Hi @Pwalker!

Importing playlists from Soundcloud is quite easy. First of all you need a soundcloud account. If you don't have one yet, you can create on here: https://soundcloud.com

After that, create a playlist in Soundcloud. A playlist can be made by clicking add to playlist button under every track.

Once that's done, log in with you Soundcloud credentials in the ROCKI app and click Import Playlists & tracks.

That should do the trick!

If you're rooted you can use AudioCast which gives you app-agnostic routing to a UPnP device like Rocki - like what AirPlay supplies on iOS. Other than that, it's the app itself - in this case PowerAmp - that needs to add UPnP functionality. There's nothing Rocki can do to support PowerAmp. If you don't want to use the Rocki app on Android, i'd recommend BubbleUPnP to play local music - that's what i use.

Is there any documentation for the API? I'm getting weird responses from the Play command mentioned above. Basically, it keeps the connection open and sends large chunks of MPlayer output. This is very hard to cope with when trying to call the API through AJAX.

Can someone walk me through importing playlists or tracks from Soundcloud? I'm logged into both the website and app, as well as the Rocki app, but I can't seem to find where to go. Soundcloud's latest updates for their iOS mobile is proving to be much more trouble than its worth.

I've set up a simple little proof-of-concept web page to play radio streams to my Rocki at:

http://this-play.nl/rocki/

Simply enter the correct local IP number for your Rocki and the stream URL and press play. Defaults are for my setup, and so are the presets. There's no error handling at all, but you're welcome to give it a go.

Digitally Imported in on our list of 'to implement' services. We will first focus on the 10 most used streaming services to have them implemented by September and will then continue to add more services.

If more and more people are for implementation of DI, we might be able to speed the process up so let us hear your voice DI aficionados!

Songza is indeed a great streaming service. When i get tired of my Spotify playlists i often hop over the Songza for some new inspiration.

Currently we are focusing on getting at least 10 streaming apps online by September and unfortunately, Songza is not one of them. This doesn't mean that we will not implement it later though. We have Songza on our list of possible implementation candidates.

If we would hear many voices raise about Songza implementation, this could possibly influence the implementation process so let us know if more people want to see Songza!

We will indeed release the streaming services out gradually. This means that as soon as we have integrated a service, the apps will be updated to include it. And the implementation will start soon. You didn't hear it from me but Deezer is next up in line and will be released asap! Keep an eye out on the forums!

DI.fm support would be amazing, an as OP mentioned, hopefully once DI is setup it shouldn't be hard at all to add support for DI's sister websites (sky.fm and jazzradio.com)

+1 for Songza. I've recently discovered this app and can't stop using it now! Plus, now that Google has bought songza that could show there is some real value to supporting this app as it's user base is about to get a whole lot bigger.
