We’d like to thank everyone for their active support and participation on our Forums. We have noticed for some time that our Forums were taking the place of what a healthy Support site should be. We have been listening to your feedback and working hard to focus our resources on better documentation, responsiveness and transparency with our new Support site and team.
For the latest news on everything Rocki, we will be updating our Blog here, but also our Twitter and Facebook pages regularly. For all common questions, facts, walkthroughs and troubleshooting resources, Support will be available, which we will be updating often. All of our Support resources will be available 24/7 in one central and searchable site. For anything that isn’t resolved through our Support resources, you can always email us at [email protected] or choose to “Submit a request” on the top right of our Support site and we would be happy to help in any way we can.
